I was a long-time Harris Teeter pharmacy customer and spent years at the North Hills store, often walking across the street multiple times a day, and I personally knew the pharmacy staff. I consistently had positive experiences, which is why this incident was so upsetting. I was given the same medication twice and did not receive the medication I was prescribed. The measure of a good organization is how often mistakes happen and how easy the team makes it to resolve the issues. This place gets 2 stars because mistakes don’t happen too often, but when they do… holy cow. The good: - Not much except they don’t screw up a ton. They don’t go the extra mile, and they’re all dead inside and can’t smile or seem sincere.
