I was a long-time Harris Teeter pharmacy customer and spent years at the North Hills store, often walking across the street multiple times a day, and I personally knew the pharmacy staff. I consistently had positive experiences, which is why this incident was so upsetting. I was given the same medication twice and did not receive the medication I was prescribed.
