Today will be the last prescription I fill here. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes no answer when I hit the button to call 3 times. I had to walk in. 3 of them standing there with no customers. I've had issues in the past. I'm done

Had a SCHEDULED pickup for this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 30minutes to get my prescription, with one car in front of me. I tried calling the pharmacy twice (no one picked up) and even spoke to the onsite manager to see what was going on. They just said they were real busy with walk-ins and continued to ignore the outdoor orders

Horrible . Never answer the phone , my prescriptions are NEVER EVER ready when they should be in automatic refill . Never get them when a doctor calls them in . When they are called in , you usually need them same day !!!! That’s why you go to the doctor. Your customers and our insurance is why you are getting your paychecks also. Stop ignoring the phones .

I spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone before my call was ended. I don't understand this. The pharmacists are generally very helpful in the store. I don't know if the issue is that they are understaffed or they get too many time-wasting calls. It's been getting progressively worse though over the past year.
