Both Brian and Sheila are phenomenal. I have been going here for the past decade and have always had a superb experience. Brian and Sheila make you feel like you’re part of the family. So kind and go out of their way to always take care of their customers. I drive past two other closer Harris Teeters just to go and see them.
My psychologist directed me to this pharmacy since my usual one is on backorder. I spoke on the phone to someone who was normal and professional. Then another person got on the phone, she was short and terse. I'm not certain on the specific names of what is generic and what is name brand and her response is "you don't know what you're taking?!" and then when we figured it out (because i spelled it out what is on the script), she then asked me what quantity, to which i responded "I think its X" and she says "no we don't have ... read more
I’ve been using this pharmacy since I moved to NOVA a year ago, and I really appreciate them. The pharmacists and staff are always friendly and helpful - but I specifically want to highlight that they consistently price check items for me with insurance vs. good rx - and I very much appreciate their extra time and effort on this matter. American healthcare is a hot mess, and so I’m extra grateful for industry workers who do their best to help patients, even when it’s above and beyond their job description.
I am so thankful for this pharmacy! The pharmacist was persistent in getting a hold of me when they noticed that my doctors had prescribed medications that do not go well together. They are literally life savers. Always so kind and friendly with hardly any line when I pick up my prescriptions. I am so grateful for their service.
