The staff here is always amazing, helpful, courteous, kind super quick. It honestly feels like a the old time pharmacy from yesterday. Iknow every time I go Winnie the pharmacist, she's going to recognize me and it shows that general interest that connection. Without fail, they always go above and beyond to help you and give you what you need. It's not something you get with the other chain pharmacies.
This pharmacy is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Long lines, difficult to work with, pharmacist makes unnecessary comments and one day they'll take your insurance the next they won't. CVS is 5 minutes down the road, go there.
When they get it right, it's fine. The staff are friendly. There is a total lack of attention to detail with the staff. I have zero confidence that when a doctor sends in an Rx, that they will actually process it. That is why I switched to another pharmacy even though this one is closer. I used the other pharmacy for many years until my new insurance wasnt accepted at the other pharmacy amd I had to return here. Indian grandpa working at self checkout is incompetent. I was checking out at 10 am Monday and the machine had trouble taking my apple pay (no response from machine). I asked the indian grandpa if I could switch machines. Without trying anything, he immediately told me that it was my problem and that all machines work. After hearing that response, I went to try another machine myself and the other machine took my apple pay. Good luck with getting a hold of someone on Phone 1st that stupid robot waste your time and that someone will pick and say please hold and then leave u on hold forever and not pick or respond , on top If u are calling 1 hour before closing Good luck until next day
