Customer service by the front end manager
Pharmacist is a clown. Spoke to them early in the day to get a prescription filled as I was running out and needed my refill- and it had to be transferred from a different pharmacy. They advised it would be filled by the end of the day “no problem” as this was an easy transfer. When I called back 6 hours later to confirm the pharmacist advised he was “bogged down with vaccines all day” and hasn’t called the other pharmacy and couldn’t guarantee he would “get around to it” by today.
