I’ve been going to this store since it opened some years ago. For a long time you could count on friendly customer service and a clean, functioning store. Lately every time I go the escalator remains broken down, today 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. The store had dirty floors, my cashier was unfriendly and even though I bagged all my groceries as I always do, couldn’t even be bothered to say have a nice day. No smile, nothing. Highly recommend. Harris Teeter Pharmacy has a reputation of being one of the best in the business; and I agree. I’ve dealt with two Harris Teeter pharmacies over the years, one at 2720 Mallard Creek Church Rd., and the other at 8445 Davis Lake Parkway, both in Charlotte, NC. They appear to have good managers, friendly knowledgeable staffs, and excellent prices. Lately my insurance company wanted me to go to CVS to fill my prescription. Although I have been extremely satisfied being a customer 10 plus years. I experienced the worst possible Pharmacy visit on 10/14/23, Saturday @3 pm. I have already tried to describe this unacceptable, unprofessional,and totally undesirable event. Only to receive an email; Congrats! So happy you are a extremely happy customer! Unbelievable!!! Today called the 800# , plus spoke with store mngr, George, as well David@ Pharmacy regarding my horrible experience. I am still waiting for a call from main office regarding such.
It has been some time since Kroger acquired Harris Teetet but inventory changes are taking place. Kroger brands are being added and many items deleted entirely. Prices also seem to be rising. Maybe time to take a look at competition.
