I had a bad customer service experience today with Kelsey, who laughed at me when I asked her about the way she treated my husband and I in the check out line and then again laughed when I asked for the corporate phone number and she assured me that "they will think it's funny too". After a few very nice conversations with management I am confident that this store cares about how their customers are treated, even tho today this employee seemed to not care . I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter. If you know of something new that was come out or been out and can't find it. I normally go to Harris Teeter at Princess Anne Plaza and most of the time I find it. Love their buy 2 get 3 free items.. stock up all the time with these and of course the VIC specials just for me :)
