Produce – I come in to your store at least 3 times weekly to buy various things. I usually get bananas when I come in. In recent months there have been Del Monte brand on morew than 1 occasion. I much prefer Chquita brand. This am I was i @ 7:10 am and the banana selection was highly unacceptable. I did not purchase at all. A store this size needs better attention to consumer goods that move quickly. Not a happy camper.
Taj Mahal Harris Teeter Slips on Brand Promise – If you like to pick out artisan cheeses from different farms and places around the world, this is no longer the place to shop for this. Head over to Earth Fare around the corner, or Fresh Market off Fairview or at least for now, other Harris Teeter stores in the area. Clean, wide variety, friendly fast service – I've been shopping at this store for several years. I used to occasionally go to a grocer closer to my home but I've learned it's worth driving the extra mile or two. The staff there is very friendly. The check out lines are quicker. The store is clean with good variety. I also get a weekly email which not only lists sales but features items that I frequently buy.
Totally Unprofessional. – This pharmacy is totally unprofessional and should be discredited by the NC pharmacy board. I have seen a pharmacist get in an argument with a person trying to fill a prescription, refuse to fill it, and then leave their locked pharmacy area to go share and laugh about their story with harris teeter employees (while pointing people out). A pleasure to shop here--it really is MY neighborhood food market! – I love this Harris Teeter. Sometimes when I'm feeling depressed, I just go there because it cheers me up. Everyone on the staff there is eerily friendly. They must put something in the water. Did you find everything you needed today? Yes, in fact I did! Is plastic okay? It sure is! Huh?? – I came here because I've heard so many good things about it and that they have the largest selection of international foods in Charlotte. I just moved to Charlotte and have been unable to find a great food shop (except Dean and Deluca). However, their international aisle is PASTA (supposed to be Italian, I suppose), TACOS (Mexican...) and tea (British...). You're better off just getting on I-40 East at 5pm than to mess with this headache.
