Called to set up an estimate and spoke to someone who provided great customer service... However, after receiving a call to set the appointment from the actual company (not the phone answering service that they pay to forward "leads" in real-time) this guy just proceeded to throw numbers "$500 minimums" before even knowing what specific needs wld resolve my issue or talk options.
