I noticed Harris septic service in the area and flagged him down late on a Friday evening and I'm sure he was ready to be done for the day. Rich gave me advice on how to fix the vent on our septic system. We then told him that we were needing our tanks pumped ( we have 2). Since I only heard from the plumber that he couldn't come at 7pm, I was really getting worried and called Rich around 8pm, he listened to the problem and said he would come to take a look. He got here in 30 mins, and started to check the issue. He was patiently explaining the problem to me, prompt and professional. I just couldn't say enough nice things about him. And he left our house about 945pm. This is the guy to go for any septic problem. He is a great guy and deserves more business.
