Cory did not provide much of a service for the rate that I paid. He is $275 for a trip charge plus an hour of labor. I had seven items on my punch-list that needed fixed. Given his rate, I intentionally waited until I had a few items add up so that it would be worth it to call him out. At the end of the hour of labor (he was watching the minutes), he had caulked about six linear inches of a corner of my shower and provided consultation on two other items. Cory is so professional and very sweet. He knows what he’s doing and saved our life since we can’t take our Rv anywhere. A critter had a meal out of our plumbing and he fixed it super quick! Thank you.
