Paperwork takes longer than the lab but slow waits even when waiting room is empty. Worst lab in the area.
ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC . WAITED HERE FOR 30 MINUTES WHILE NOBODY WAS IN THE LAB …………. DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE, OR GIVE ME MY ORIGINAL ORDER BACK. REDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT COME HERE.
Getting ANYTHING done as far as outpatient labs/radiology services is a joke!! You will sit a minimum of an hour (if you’re lucky) before even getting to register! The staff in lab and radiology are wonderful and even agree the registration process is beyond ridiculous. I have filed complaints, with no contact from anyone. Will not be getting anything else done there
Absolute joke of an operation. My husband had an MRI for 7:30. We got there and he checked in on the tablet, chose the option that he had an appointment. After waiting over an hour, he went up and asked about it. Was told he was next. Then told that he hadn’t checked in until 8:41 (when he went up to ask about what the holdup was) and that he had missed his appointment and would have to reschedule. Came for labs. After electric check in waited about 20 minutes and was told to go to radiology lab. When I got there, two females were behind the glass at the desk. Neither acknowledged me. After waiting a half an hour, I went to the window and the person there asked me if I contacted the lab. During my wait, she never acknowledged me. When I told her that I had been waiting 30 minutes, she took my orders to send to the lab. It's 40 minutes just to be called back to the lab and I'm Still Waiting.
