Awful. And I've never given a negative review. This was for my attempt to find out about my account via a call to an AI generated assistant. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes. The questions went around in a circle and landed nowhere. I found out nothing. I later tried accessing my account on the Harris Website and made a typo on my email address.
