This place is a mess. Things are not clearly marked. The hospital is spread out amongst dozens of buildings that you can't even see. I had to go to Sweet 404 and it says 70 on the front of the building.
Everything was spot on...everyone of the staff was professional, caring and kind.
Jim was taken by ambulance Saturday night after 10:00 p.m., fell at home. I had to go out to the desk, and it was at least 2 hours past regular meal times, to get a tray. of food EVERY time. Worse, and him a diabetic, they went from his arrival until late Sunday, without checking his blood sugar or giving him any medications other than pain meds. I was being told they did not have a blood sugar machine to check and for me to go home and get his meds and his diabetic testing kit. His level was 250 , very high for him.. They l... read more
Stuck me w an IV wrong the tech had no idea what he was doing. Then they told me I needed surgery with no imaging. Sketchy and I walked out. They called me to ensure I owed $600 for taking my temperature.
