We are renting our beach condo through Harris for the first time and the experience has been very positive. Alex and staff are very responsive. I recommend renting your place and also securing your vacation week with them. We had a couple of items to fix in our condo before the rental season and their maintenance team was knowledgeable and efficient!
We rented a cute little 2 bedroom cottage from them for a week. The price wasnt too expensive and the cottage was adorable and had dishes prestocked. It was only a 5 min maybe not even that walk to the boardwalk and beach. We plan on renting from them again next year
I rented a cottage through Harris real estate for a week (family of 7). We came upon some issues that were non-reversible. This issue was not Harris real estate’s fault. Our decision as a family was to leave the cottage. Harris real estate worked with us and made the transition easy. We left the cottage and stayed another place. Our family had a wonderful vacation.
