Super staff in the sleep study and in the office. Always willing to help and support me
Very poor ability to manage and maintain their schedule.
The team has serious problems with appointments and follow up. In addition, they don’t leave a voice mail for weeks and say they did. The first voice mail a got it was a month later just to call them back to schedule the appointment which it’s available in 60 days. The point is there are 90 days after the test to discuss the results, the primary care physician and the cardiologist are waiting with us these agonising days to know the results of something serious.
