Zero percent out of zero ive had the misfortune of being passed down this company through the purchasing of my house. This makes 2 winters now ive had them. This is day 12 and you couldn’t make the 10 days. It’s 45 degrees in my home and you can’t give me a date. I have a medically compromised child and I can’t keep her warm. You should be ashamed of yourselves. All they can do is “escalate” it to management . Tonight and tomorrow it will be single digits and we have no family nearby and cannot afford a hotel or to pay the $250 fee for you to come within 5 days. I am a scared mom and this is inhumane. Mike that delivered our propane was excellent as always. Every single other part of my experience was absolute trash. I was notified every single day of my delivery window that I was due to have my delivery on that day, and an adult had to be present at the time of delivery. 5 days this happened. So by day 3ish I called customer service and asked if it was actually scheduled for that day. I was reassured that it would be delivered by 7pm. I had to wait almost a month to get my propane. I hung on the phone and did the message center to get my propane delivered. They canceled multiple times and after I hung on the phone for hours on in trying to get somebody to speak to you about getting my propane delivered. Would not recommend him.

I am in a new subdivision so I couldn't get an on line quote because the website didn't know my address. I called in and explained this to the representative. Rather than listen to me and see if they served this subdivision (which I was already told they did) she challenged me every step of the way. I don't need to be challenged on every statement I make.
