My first phone call there was very pleasant and positive. However, the customer service agents are not giving out correct and critical information, especially in our situation. Obviously many places are effected by weather, so I specifically asked if they were delivering to residentials in our area. I was told yes. TWICE. I've been a customer with Harris Propane since before they were bought out by AmeriGas. For years now it has been impossible to speak with someone local. I just got off the phone with a lovely woman that told me she was located in Africa. She didn't specify the country. I just want to speak with someone local that can answer my questions. No worries. This spring we will have Amerigas remove their tank and we will take our business elsewhere.
