We had an issue with our on demand water heater that heats our radiant floor heat so I send Matt a note and text. He got right back to me and sent a technician over right away to solve the problem. The tech did a fantastic job of figuring out what the issue was and creating a solution. We now have heat back in the house and I would highly recommend them. Prompt and professional work and responses.
Great experience Matt and his team were fast and very professional, I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge about steam boilers, hard to find a steam guy this days.
Hoping this review will encourage this business to get in touch with us. We have paid job in full yet have been ghosted for several months. We have been told that they are very sorry and will be in touch yet they fail week after week to call us back and the one appointment they gave us they were a no-show for.
We contacted Harris Plumbing in early June. We wished to get some plumbing updated and add a half bathroom. Matthew came out and we went over the project plans and scope of work. He said he would be happy to do the work and would send over an estimate ASAP. A week later, we had no word. So we called and left a message about the estimate. Would definitely recommend Harris Plumbing and Heating. We were impressed with Matt' professional yet friendly manner. He was honest and did not try to up-sell us on our heat pump/air conditioning unit. The price was very reasonable. The crew was prompt, friendly and professional. We were pleased with Dylan and Seth's work and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
