Very poor customer service by Mr. Harris. Number one when he came he actted as if he didn't want to be there. I explained what was happenning to dryer. He explained it maybe clogged up which it was. He also changed out the thermostat. I ask was that the thermostat you took out. He threw it on the floor for me to pick up instead of answering my question for me to look at.
