We've had Mark out for bathroom renovations, plumbing emergencies, and hot water repairs. On every occasion he's been absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond to get to the root of whatever issue we've faced. More than that, he has been kind, decent, and understanding throughout. A 5-star plumber, and a 5-star bloke.
