I signed a contract with Clifton Harris to paint a newly constructed shop. Once he got his deposit he vanished. I have since hired another painter. I have filed a complaint with Visa , Lane County Sheriff's Office, and Oregon CCB. Clifton Harris is not currently licensed or bonded.
Cliff Harris will not pay workers, he is not licensed and is now collecting money with no intention on doing the jobs.
