They have called me several times today I got a message saying this is our fourth attempt to try to reach you. I have called there no less than 10 times in an attempt to try to schedule my appointment which is why they're reaching out. The message I got from them today was very snotty. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the care provided to me by Albright. His team is incredible. However, he, himself treated me terribly. He was very arrogant, and he wanted to dispute the advice given to me by an orthopedic doctor. I am allergic to prednisone. I wanted to have injections and had it scheduled to do so. I took 3 doses of Prednisone, and went into afelectic shock as a result. I spent 4 hours in the emergency room in Franklin, and now have to carry an Epi Pen as a result. Outstanding professional staff with excellent care. My wife had an excellent outcome with a serious pain issue she had and has now been resolved. Virtually everyone you meet in this group is professional kind and really smart. We appreciate the care my wife has been given.
WONDERFUL medical facility! Doctor Albright completely got rid of my pain after my injection last year and I have never felt better. The staff is amazing, especially the front desk girl, Rachel, who is very kind and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend
Dr. Albright is one of the best pain management physicians in this area. We are so fortunate to have someone with his level of expertise in the mountains of NC. I had a kyphoplasty procedure due to a fracture. I woke up after the procedure completely pain free. thanks for such wonderful care.
