was turned away because i was 7 mins late (because the GPS took me to the wrong spot) was greeted by some of the most inflexible and non-compassionate people i have ever encountered in healthcare. no cancellation list. no appointments until the end of the month. in obvious pain with a dislocated knee. based on the other reviews here, it seems like it wouldn’t have mattered even if i had been on time. will never visit a harris facility again if i can help it.
Dr. Patton and his staff are caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He is one of a kind! Great personality, bedside manner and skill to inject with precision. My results have enabled me to continue being active before and after surgery. I highly recommend Harris Orthopedics and Dr. Patton! Thank you.
The most unprofessional experience I've had. Both my nurse and xray tech were well mannered and polite. However Ryan M Slechta was I believe the most impudent Dr I've ever interacted with. He did not knock upon entering the room. He did not address me by name a single time. He continuously mispronounced words, stumbled over sentences and was mumbling for the majority of the conversation if it can even be called that. The VA referred me to Doctor Joshua Patton for issues with my knee. He was very thorough in explaining the different options I had and was careful to listen to my concerns. In the end, we decided on a non-surgical course of action. One of his assistants, Brandis, worked diligently with the VA to push for approval for the non-surgical procedures that we had decided on. There was a procedure that the VA did not approve that I will happily pay for out of pocket in the near future. This is a great place with great people.
