This is the place to go if you want to be lied to, strung along with promises of help but it NEVER happens. Saw Dr. Gates and his assistant and WORTHLESS!! When I first got to the window there was a gum smacking, RUDE receptionist. I should have left then :/.

I called the Franklin office to make an appointment but they set the appointment in Sylva. I was early to the Franklin office but they were out to lunch, so I didn't find out I was in the "wrong" place until the time of my appointment. I called Sylva and they said to come over and they'd try to fit me in. Drove all that way only to get to the desk and be told that they couldn't see me. Front desk staff in both places were rude, as if my presence was an annoyance to them. Beyond that this facility is in rough shape. It's dark... read more

was turned away because i was 7 mins late (because the GPS took me to the wrong spot) was greeted by some of the most inflexible and non-compassionate people i have ever encountered in healthcare. no cancellation list. no appointments until the end of the month. in obvious pain with a dislocated knee. based on the other reviews here, it seems like it wouldn’t have mattered even if i had been on time. will never visit a harris facility again if i can help it.

Dr. Patton and his staff are caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He is one of a kind! Great personality, bedside manner and skill to inject with precision. My results have enabled me to continue being active before and after surgery. I highly recommend Harris Orthopedics and Dr. Patton! Thank you.
