The techs and orthodontist are nice and worked well for us. The 3 stars is because we had repeated issues of scheduling and being mislead with being told to come in for an appointment for physical work to be done, to just find out we didn’t have to and that they could have shipped us the Invisalign. If we lived in the area, it wouldn’t have been a big deal , but we live more that 3 hours away, so it was a major inconvenience. Seems to do a great job. He is busy and a very likeable guy.
