Walked into Harris optical sat down and waited my turn I don't know how I got ignored I was the only customer in there. I guess what they were doing was more important than the customer.

I've received excellent service and did not experience long wait times to be seen or to receive my glasses, both times sooner than expected. Prices are comparable, and the convenience of being in the doctor's office and accepting my insurance was well worth it.
