Visiting from the UK and had a warning light come on in our suburban - Jim saw us without an appointment, checked everything was ok, gave very sensible recommendations and sorted everything out very quickly to get us all on our way. Really friendly and helpful and very much rescued our trip (especially with two small kids!). Thanks Jim!!
