I can't thank Josh enough for fitting me in today! I have an old ac and it's been running constantly, and I was worried it was on its last leg in the dead of summer! Josh came by in a very timely manner and checked it and did some outside maintenance on it and let me know it was just the heat and my ac was gonna live! Which is terrific news since I just got let go and my mom, who owns the place, is on a fixed income. He put our minds at ease and only charged us $50. What a swell man and great company! Amazing service, as always! We called Harris Neck Heating & Air after hours when our AC randomly stopped working. Josh called right back and scheduled us next day. He and his team arrived on time, diagnosed, repaired and we had AC back by end of day. Highly recommend!!
