I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of Josh's response when my A/C was knocked out by a bad storm in 100+ temperatures. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly and fixed it quickly. He went above and beyond to offer needed service and was completely transparent about costs, something very important to me as a retiree on a fixed income. I highly recommend Harris Neck Heating & Air!

Can’t say enough good things about Harris Neck Heating and Air. From start to finish he was honest, upfront, and straight with me on everything — no runaround, no surprises. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what he was doing, so I understood every step of the way. That kind of honesty and clear communication is hard to find these days. Fair, professional, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done right.

My ac went out in August in South Georgia and they did a Friday night emergency call and fixed me right up. Went above and beyond to get me going again.
