Called Josh because of a power surge and capacitor issue. He was in the area and out the same day. Knowledgeable, fair price and excellent offer on a long-term maintenance plan for our units here in Shellman. Called again, two days later cause I needed some help on a kitchen remodel and he came out with his team same day again,took a look and found a solution so we could move ahead with our project. Always like to work local and Josh and Harris Neck Heating And Air crew are who we do business with.

Just WOW! It was 110 heat index today when I noticed my AC stopped working. I call Josh and described what was going on with my unit and he knew EXACTLY what was wrong and showed up the next day and had me cooling again. Thanks Josh! I'm Grateful!
