Harris Mortgages of Idaho (HMIdaho) was started by Julie Harris in March of 2021 to serve the lending needs of homebuyers (both first-time and those looking to refinance) in the Wood River Valley area with the best rates, terms, and costs to serve our clients in the best way possible. HMIdaho seeks to be both a successful, efficient brokerage as well as a breeding ground for mentoring of future loan officers.

We really enjoyed working with Julie. As first time home buyers, she made the process easy to understand and approachable. She is very professional and works well with busy schedules. Julie went above and beyond to keep an eye on interest rates for us, and in a window of a lower rate, reached out to us to help us refinance quickly. We even were able to close virtually while on vacation in Hawaii. We are so grateful for Julie and look forward to working with her in the future.
