This was my first visit since I moved here to NC. I was very impressed by their facility and relieved to know that they also offer sick/urgent appointments. Not only that but my provider, Jessica Jones, is very kind and thorough by explaining details in order to connect the dots and offer alternative options to resolve health concerns of mine. I made my follow up appointment and look forward to using their services
Orthopedic offices need to be cleaned. The elevator doors are covered in dirt and dust on outside. Waiting room needed to be vacuumed. Client room, floor dirty, blob of dust near garage can, something spilled on floor and counter.
There's a clear lacking of professionalism at this facility. The staff is nice but you see a doctor for medical care not for a smile. I was rushed out like my presence was an inconvenience, my prescriptions were handled recklessly and communication was dismal. I wisely decided to change my primary care to another facility where proper medical care is the focus.
None of what I’m saying applies to the Drs or Nurses. They cancelled an important appointment due to weather and could not reschedule for over a month. Now I’m sick can’t get in for 2 days, and can’t see my regular provider. This is terrible admin! Do better!
