If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Despite me vacating properly, returning keys, and providing evidence, they refused to process a lease transfer correctly and left me stuck in a tenancy I no longer lived in. Communication was shocking — emails went unanswered, and when they did respond, they contradicted themselves.
