I had a wonderful experience with Ebony Ludlow and Arber Selamaj. It is rare to come across a real estate agency that genuinely cares about tenants and respects their rights.
I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to belatedly share how fantastic Shaun Kali is. We rented two Harris Leech properties in Brunswick over the span of about four years and Shaun was the best property manager my partner and I have both ever had (with a collective rental history of at least 30 years - no one has ever come close to being as responsive, kind and considered as Shaun). A total rarity. Thank you Shaun!
The team have looked after us for over 12 years and recent selling of property. I could not have asked for a better team to guide us through the process. Communication is second to none..
Chin Ho was both thorough and professional while leasing out our property. He kept us updated regularly with interest in the property and potential tenants. I would recommend Harris Leach and Chin, to anyone looking to lease a property in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
Ebony Ludlow of Harris Leech has been overseeing the maintenance and rental details of our rental property. She has done and continues to do an exemplary job of this. Her communication in updating us and dealing with any issues are always done at a timely and effective manner. She is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. We truly appreciate your ongoing support Ebony, thank you...Carlo & Anne-marie Angerami
