Chin ho is very good and helpful to maintenance our property. I'm very delighted to him that he is my property manager. Fantastic. I hope everyone can choose him either to rent or sell the property.
Chin has so far been a great PM, everything has been really easy settling in and communication is fantastic. He has helped us with simple maintenance request and a pet request making everything hassle free. Even before moving in he was ready to answer all of our questions which made the process very easy. We're glad to have Chin, and lol forward to continue working with him.
My property manager Shaun Kali from Harris Leech was amazing, understanding and helpful. He looked after the property in Coburg and was very professional in his line of work and was our property manager for 11years.He was prompt and kind and kept us informed and reliable, we so glad to have Shaun as our property Manger and 100% recommend him.
