Expect Nothing – Well, they took my case, took my retainer, and then left me hanging in the wind. They charge for every email you send them, even when it's as simple as telling them you have the paperwork filled out and you're sending it in the mail. Watch the billing. I found charges for them making corrections for their mistakes. Yes, they said they would refund the charge, but there were multiple errors and I had to find them.
