Brought vehicle in for a noise concern and a leak in a tail light seal. Was told that I was having my brakes done to "address the noise concern". Showed up after the work was done to be told, "we couldn't replicate your noise concern". Also, leak that was "fixed" was not at all, and light was filled with water the next day. Spoken to supervisors, continually told my concern will be taken to management, have still not received any help (2+ months now).
