I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three visits to this practice, I feel compelled to share my experience. I originally sought care because I have been experiencing consistently elevated blood pressure, a persistently high heart rate, headaches, and frequent heart palpitations. Throughout multiple visits, I repeatedly expressed these concerns because they have a significant impact on my daily life. No help never sent records, no one knows anything, never again many test done then they said they didn’t have them after 3 years
Im so pleased I found this practice. John, my PA, is great. And always spends the time needed with me. I never feel rushed. I feel heard and I never wait too long. I highly recommend.
I have to give this office 1 star because my elderly neighbor went to the office on November 15,2024. She had an appointment The receptionist told her to go wait in the car for a video call from the PA. She is still sick and very congested. No one listened to her chest no one physically saw her. This is unacceptable. Please be aware of this. I will never go to this office or recommend to anyone. This is shameful. Be Aware!
