Extremely professional and fair.
Look on the status. Nothing get approved by them. Save your money and run away
They will give unapproved drawings and demand full payment. Will not give you work with you to fix their unapproved drawings and still wants full payment. They don't care about their reputation or their customers
Poor designs. Kept going back and forth for 2 years then back to square 1 after Raleigh reviewers told us to change almost the whole design of storm water and others. All he is good at is demanding money!! Don't go there. Worst experience in my 30 years construction business.
