Has really gone down hill over the years. Impossible to get ahold of. Good luck getting your medical records or referrals sent out. If they do actually answer the phone, they will put you on hold for extended time periods (20+ minutes). Don’t respond to requests from specialists for records either.
This place has been declining for years. High turnover don't expect to see the same people twice. Don't be more than 5 minutes late or they will cancel your appointment though do expect to wait upwards of an hour to be seen. Many of the nurses speak very poor English and are very hard to understand. I think it's time to move on for me.
To whom it may concern, In regards to the professionalism of the three ladies at the front desk, Diandra,Kimberly and Aurora they greet me with smiles and kindness. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome..
