I have never written a bad review before, I swear… but I’ve been trying to get some simple changes to my marine insurance for 11 months now and our broker is extremely unresponsive. I can’t even get them to release our insurance to another broker. They made 1 of the 3 changes we needed, and that took what felt like 30 emails. It’s not complicated stuff. My service with this person used to be great. Maybe she’s having personal challenges. But we are really left hanging, and can’t even take our service elsewhere.
