The person at the counter was knowledgeable, patience and very helpful. He even took the extra effort to call ICBC to clarify certain issue preventing me from buying additional add on for my overseas friend. This will be my go to insurance place from now on.
My husband and I were helped by Miranda and she was absolutely exceptional!! She helped us with our home insurance and she walked us through the entire process very thoroughly. She answered all of our many many questions, and was incredibly patient with us! It is so rare to see customer service like this these days, and Miranda is just absolutely amazing!! If you need help with your insurance, make sure to ask for Miranda Chan.

I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about my husband experience with Miranda Chan. Miranda processed an insurance payment using my husband’s American Express card without his consent or authorization. My husband was not aware that his Amex information was still being kept on file, and he was never notified that a payment would be processed.
