I arrived at Harris Insurance this morning at 9:00 AM to renew my policy, but no one was there to open the office. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I am 9 months pregnant and trusted your posted opening time. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Harris Insurance. This inconvenience has lost you my business.

Have been getting multiple residential insurance from Harris for a number of years and recently commercial as well. However will not be renewing next year and taking my business elsewhere due to one of their unprofessional staff (perhaps owner). Takes away from the others that have attempted to provide a good experience. Disappointing but so many other insurance alternatives. Would not recommend.
Bought motorcycle insurance and was told I would get a full refund of remaining unused days. During my cancellation, they did not disclose a $30+ that they charge. This fee wasn’t mentioned either when I asked about cancellation policy when purchasing the insurance. Overall lack of transparency is disheartening
