I arrived at Harris Insurance this morning at 9:00 AM to renew my policy, but no one was there to open the office. This was extremely frustrating, especially as I am 9 months pregnant and trusted your posted opening time. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to Harris Insurance. This inconvenience has lost you my business.
