The absolute WORST customer service! Harris Insurance should be rated zero stars. This place threatened me with 10 day notices of cancelations (twice) with annual policy premiums that were fully prepaid up to 90 days in advance, I switched Insurance carriers and cancelled my policy in writing out of disgust but after 6 weeks (and 2 in person visits) I'm still waiting on my refund.
