After considering the insurance companies in renewal, I wanted to support local. The broker felt like a passive aggressive bully, when I asked for a breakdown of rates “I don’t control the rates” oh you don’t say? so you respond with defense vs support? their snide remarks both in person and over the phone were the ONLY reasons I moved insurances away from this place. Communication has been challenging. I’ve tried reaching out by phone but haven’t been able to get through, and emails haven’t received a response yet. I understand there may be extenuating circumstances — the most recent message mentioned the building was closed due to flooding. I plan to visit in person and hope they’re open. That said, I want to acknowledge that in the past, especially a few years ago, Ryan was always very responsive and easy to work with. I’m hopeful things will improve and look forward to reconnecting.
