Unethical, unprofessional, lacking compassion and empathy. They should be completely ashamed of themselves for how they treated my family. I really do not know how they sleep at night after treating people in the worst time of their life, so horribly wrong.
Love the staff very professional but rob harris was very rude & unprofessional. In a situation of a grieving family you think the owner would have a little more respect towards the family. You would think if he didn’t enjoy it anymore he would give it over fully to his daughters. Just retire . It’s just about making money & not serving the community. Should be ashamed of yourself.

Very kind patient helpful and accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to insure our satisfaction with every stage of the experience. They advised us when we were clueless as well! Even at the burial they explained everything and answered or helped find the answer to any questions we had.
