I've been a customer of this dealership since my wife got an Escape in '21 (from Carmax, but needed real Ford servicing). I bought a 4-door used '22 Bronco from them in' 23, and had a fantastic sales experience, but then some issues with service. :( I pinged the dealership mgr and Pierre Group Auto GM and got fast, caring responses, quick fixes and great service! This place is the king of the bait and switch. Will advertise one price online, then when you come in to look at the vehicle will tell you to PROVE that the online price exists "Its like a coupon at the store" was the exact verbiage their associate told me. They also said if I was going to get the "online price" I would have to take substantially less on my trade-in (They offered 10k, I got 19K for it just down the road).
So I’m telling you to be very careful a gentleman by the name of Rich Erickson sold me a car I live in Aberdeen Washington there in Lynnwood. They came all the way out here without me even seeing the car he told me the car was in perfect condition that it was never in a wreck would not let me see the car fixed. Carfax did not give me my contract. All of a sudden I see here is Ford took out $500 on my bank account in October. Our car went in because of recalls. Some time after the car was returned, we realized the front seats were replaced with damaged seats. We found damage on the engine. Never going back. Our next car was purchased from an entirely different company.
