Do not purchase the extended warranty from Ford. It is through a third party and was not presented this way when offered to us, even if purchased at the time of your vehicle purchase it won’t show up in the system when you take your car for repairs. The sales dept wastes customer time. They do a bait n switch on the vehicle you want. Then they pretend like they don't know what you're asking for. I was frustrated with them. So went down the road to Honda instead for great service.
No answer to any department. Not sure if they are still open.
Fact Check: I had an issue with the right headlight fogging up after a car wash. The service department discovered a crack under the right headlight. I spoke to the sales department—specifically Jean Clair, the manager, and then a higher-level manager—and they were willing to cover the repair costs. Хочу оставить свои впечатления о покупке Форд маверик.Вчера 08.21.24 я купил машину в этой дилерской.Очень доволен командой которая работала со мной.Подписав бумаги о челосности моей машины я счастливый поехал домой,утром обнаружил повреждения на лобовом стекле. Приехав назад в дилерскую и они любезно согласились мне компенсировать повреждения чеком.Не важно сколько это стоит.Для меня важно отношения к клиенту.Я очень доволен и всем советую эту дилерскую компанию!!!!
