While the fruit and veg are good quality which is why I go there, where Harris Farm Manly let themselves down is in their customer service (non existence). They come across like robots doing a job they don’t really enjoy. I went last night, there was a big sign eggs $7.99 (600g) however I was charged $10.99. They apparently had the wrong sign on the eggs but how was I to know when the eggs I bought and on the sign were for 600g eggs. The salmon had the wrong sign on it too. Disrespectful employees are always kept waiting.
With all the noise atm with coles and woolworths price gouging,Harris Farm need to be very carefull as more and more customers are realising that they have been getting overcharged for ages. P.S my last 5 visits I have been overcharged 3 times
