went into harris farm at pennant hils , they have jacked up all the prices for xmas doubleing them disgracful practice , i shop there two or three times a week , no more
I sent a fruit basket to a patient in hospital and the delivery person expected the recipient, a patient in the hospital to come outside and pick up the parcel from him, even though the room number was provided. I could not contact anyone at Harris Farm Markets to resolve. This was very poor service all round!
They sold me a piece of rotten meat at their Cammeray store. I emailed the head office and explained the situation. I received a reply from A****, with loads of standard most probably copy and paste BS. stating they will issue a refund. I asked her to reply to my email and copy in the store manager to help me not to explain again to the store. She even did not reply. I concluded that the email she sent me was full of BS as I thought originally. Another dodgy supermarket getting away selling rotten product.
