Local company great customer service very good communication. Everyone who works. There has always been very courteous and polite and nonjudgmental. Absolutely love this company.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We drive 45 minutes each way to get there but don’t mind doing so because they have the best pellets and customer service.
After waiting weeks for oil from Irving as an automatic delivery customer, we could not wait any longer and risk running out again. After a call this morning to Harris to set up becoming a new customer, at the time of this review, we have already received a delivery of oil. The owner was fantastic and timely. If you are looking for a company to switch to (especially if Irving did not delivery you oil), this is your company!
I had a very bad experience with this company. I was away for the holidays, came home, and realized my oil level was low. I'm a customer of Thomson Fuels but they can take up to 10 days to make a delivery and I wanted to avoid paying the emergency fee. I call these guys, they said they could come the following day. Fantastic. I pay them and I feel a huge stress lifted. I get a phone call saying the driver failed my tank inspection so he wouldnt give me any fuel.
