We have been so disappointed. As a small business owner we have trusted this firm to handle our taxes, payroll, etc. and have had no help or communication. We were told that our business would be taken care of and that they would handle everything that needed to file but then we have gotten notices from the govt stating things they said they would do--weren't done. We have emailed and received not reply and when we have asked for status updates, we have just been ghosted (and this was even pre COVID-19). Now, it's even worse... read more

I have had better results from tax act. My wife made correction after correction to get our taxes from 7000 dollars down to six hundred. She is not a cpa and our experience with this company was great the year before. They are extremely over priced for the service they provided us. We received a 800 dollar bill shortly after they put our information in stating that we owed 7000 which we could have done online ourselves for practically nothing.
