The Harris County Utility department has the most archaic and frustrating system I've ever dealt with. When you call you get AI which is hopeless, after you repeat your account number at least 3 times. When you go online it will prompt you to change your password and when you do, it won't recognize it!! I still don't know what my bill is and I will NOT trust them to charge me correctly if I put it on AUTOMATIC!!!!

The phone rings and rings and rings, and then you get a voicemail message that says, "the text mail subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable"
