The service was very good. Jaqueline was very polite and professional. I explained to her that I did not an appointment but the State of Florida was pressuring us to register our cars or our licenses were going to be suspended. She politely gave a number to be assisted. Then Lissette attended us and did the registration very fast. Both of them were very nice. Very good public service. I do not have a complaint.
I recently had to replace my license plate and registration sticker due to loss of one of the license plates. Things became tricky since I paid the annual renewal fee for the old sticker before replacing it. The staffs successfully figured out the way to solve it. Eventually， I was able to walk out of the office with both the new license plates and the sticker. HAPPY
The people love wasting your time here. I feel like all the people who work here either don’t know anything about their job or pretend to know. They need to replace all these useless people at the tax offices and dmv with Ai.
