If I could give red flags I would. I wish I would have gotten her name but her customer service skills were just absolutely terrible. Unnecessary attitudes, and remarks - telling me I should use Google to locate the appropriate office is unprofessional after waiting for a long period of time. Why do they keep hiring unfit unqualified lack of respect people to do these jobs?

There has to be a way to make vital public services more public friendly
Went for registration Tuesday morning, arrived at 940, waited in line for 30 minutes, was given a ticket while waiting in standing line, waited another 60 minutes in sitting area. 15 total windows, only 6 or 7 clerks working
