The staff here are so nice and courteous. They were helpful as well. There have been a lot of changes since I have gone in person. They walked me through the process and were patient. I have been to another location and the staff were not as helpful or as nice.
Incompetent people. Especially supervisor.
I was on hold for 30 minutes! This can’t be life! Why not respect people’s time. It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to someone!
