4+ weeks to transfer the title of a bike i bought to my name and register it. This is made worse by the fact that they "ran out of temp tags" and have no online system that would inform me which branch may have them in stock. This is a horribly inefficient and tedious process that makes no sense in 2025. There are so many options that would allow Houston/Texas to simplify this process and they choose to operate as they did 20 years ago.
Someone needs to work on the customer service skills in this location. One of the young ladies on window 4 was acting too sassy and ignorant with a customer. It was very disgusting to watch. Me and my husband will never come back to this location.
Did not like the attitude of the employees in this branch. Very bossy and WILL ALWAYS REJECT YOU. Make sure you get ALL your documents with you.
