I've been calling for a month to update my card and they've never answered. 1 hour wait or they have up .
Absolutely no parking! Always waiting forever to renew, even with an appointment! You need a bigger place with more parking available and not scheduled appointments everyone at 1 time
I didn’t have any issues. Either I had to go to Scarsdale or somewhere in Houston to renew, so I’m glad this one was open after fairmont closed down.. I got there fast, there was parking (10:30am) I renewed with no issues for a class, & I wasn’t there for more than 45 minutes. Enough to go during my lunch break & go back to work in Dickinson.
